Greece wins first points as Nigeria crumbles
Greece won its first points at the World Cup finals after coming from behind to beat Nigeria 2-1 in a Group B fixture.
Nigeria were the first to score but once they were reduced to 10 men, Greece took advantage to score its first goals in the World Cup finals and with that the three points.
In the other group B match, Argentina won 4-1 against South Korea and this became the most high scoring match of the tournament so far with five goals scored.
Argentina are now favourites to win the group with their last match being against Greece. South Korea will meet Nigeria. All teams can still qualify.
In the group A match, Mexico edged out France 2-nil and a draw in their last match against Uruguay will see them and Uruguay qualify.
The hosts South Africa and 2006 finalists France look very likely to exit at the group stage. France are still to score a goal in this year's tournament.
