Spain in good form
Spain face Germany in the Euro 2008 final having not conceded a goal in open play in the knockout stages.
Germany on the other hand has enjoyed narrow 3-2 victories in the knockout phases conceding four goals but more importantly scoring six.
Spain's three goals against Russia are its only goals in the knockout stages and in the whole tournament Spain has scored 11 goals and conceded just 3.
Basically every team that has scored against Spain has only managed to score just once. I think that points to a strong Spanish defence.
Germany has so far scored 10 goals but worryingly conceded six compared to Spain's three.
Interestingly both teams have two clean sheets but in different phases of the tournament with Germany's coming in the group stages and the Spanish ones coming in the knockout stages.
At the end of the tournament there will be a post with a full goal analysis for all the teams and also looking at first and second half goals.
