Japan wins fourth Asian Cup final

Japan also maintained its unbeaten run in the final having so far reached four finals and winning all.

With the match tied goalless at the end of normal time Japan went on to score in the second half of extra-time.
Japan has now won four of the last six editions of this tournament with the other winners in this time being Saudi Arabia and Iraq.
