Brazil scored the first two goals inside four minutes and then scored the last goal in the second half.
The 3-goal margin becomes Brazil's biggest winning margin in this tournament so far.
In the earlier fixture the Netherlands beat Slovakia 2-1 to set up the fixture with Brazil.
Slovakia who qualified ahead of Italy in Group F were outplayed by the Dutch and only managed to score the consolation goal through a penalty towards the end of the match.
